To date, this initiative has touched the lives of over 35000 individuals, creating a lasting impact on community well-being and resilience. The initiative has transformed lives across 3 public Health Centers in Nainital.
In partnership with New Face Charitable Trust, we supported life-changing surgeries for individuals with complex facial deformities from underserved communities across India. This initiative offered comprehensive post-operative care and psychological support to help patients heal physically and emotionally.
By enabling holistic rehabilitation, the program empowered over 1000 individuals to regain their confidence.
In partnership with Room to Read, Epsilon Foundation launched a transformative education initiative in Karnataka aimed at strengthening literacy and promoting gender equality from an early age.
At the heart of this program are child-friendly libraries stocked with culturally relevant books that ignite imagination and curiosity among young learners. Educators are trained in engaging, age-appropriate reading techniques that make learning joyful and inclusive.
For adolescent girls, the program goes beyond academics—offering mentorship and life skills that build confidence, encourage school retention, and help delay early marriage. Through these interventions, the initiative nurtures not only academic growth but also personal agency. Over 2,40,000 students are benefitting from improved reading fluency, stronger attendance, and a renewed love for learning.
In the heart of Berunapadi, Keonjhar, Epsilon Foundation is helping shape young lives beyond the classroom. By supporting the development of a multipurpose sports court and a dedicated cricket pitch at Utkal Gaurav International School, the Foundation has opened new doors for physical development, teamwork, and confidence-building.
This initiative now benefits over 370 students, offering them access to structured sports and physical activity as part of their everyday learning. From archery and hockey to cricket—the facilities provide a platform for talent to thrive and for children to discover the joy of sports.

In a unique collaboration with Æquo Gallery, we launched an initiative to revitalize India’s traditional crafts and uplift artisan communities. Guided by renowned designer Frédéric Imbert and master artisan Suresh Waghmare, the project brought together skilled craftsmen from Kondagaon, Bidar, and Alibag—regions known for their rich heritage in Gadwakam and sand casting.
By merging centuries-old techniques with contemporary design sensibilities, artisans created striking modern works rooted in tradition. These creations not only showcased their craftsmanship to a wider, global audience but also enhanced livelihoods, opened new market opportunities, and reignited a deep sense of pride in their cultural identity.
The project has helped transform the lives of 350 Indian artisans by promoting dignified, sustainable livelihoods rooted in traditional craft.
Through a meaningful collaboration with 2nd Innings (I Was A Sari), Epsilon Foundation has empowered 60 underprivileged women in Mumbai by training them to upcycle pre-loved saris into contemporary fashion products. This initiative not only promoted sustainable fashion but also created dignified livelihoods, enabling financial independence and boosting self-confidence among the women artisans.
In a parallel effort, Epsilon partnered with 200 Million Artisans, supporting 320 artisan entrepreneurs across India. By facilitating research, market access, and ecosystem development, the initiative strengthened the foundation of craft-based enterprises.
In partnership with the TREE Foundation, Epsilon Foundation is driving an inspiring marine conservation initiative along India’s coastline—one that safeguards endangered sea turtles while creating sustainable livelihoods for coastal youth.
At the heart of the program is the Turtle Protection Force, a group of trained young men and women—many from traditional fishing communities—who are equipped with the skills and knowledge to protect fragile marine ecosystems. Their work includes beach patrolling, hatchery management, and the safe release of turtle hatchlings back into the sea, ensuring higher survival rates for these endangered species.
The initiative also reaches deep into communities through school-based marine education and awareness campaigns, nurturing a culture of environmental responsibility from a young age.
By merging biodiversity conservation with livelihood generation, the program not only protects vital marine life but also fosters a sense of pride, purpose, and stewardship among coastal residents—creating a ripple effect of impact that benefits both people and planet. The initiative is impacting more than 7000 lives.
