Headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and supported by fully integrated manufacturing units across Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha, Epsilon Carbon has established a robust and self-reliant value chain built on a secure source of raw materials. We are committed to becoming a global leader in the Carbon Black (CB) and Coal Tar (CT) derivatives industry.
Carbon Black Expertise
We manufacture both reinforcing and tread grades of hard Carbon Black designed for high-performance applications. Our product portfolio includes:
Reinforcing Grades (100, 200, 300 series):
Engineered for tyre sidewalls, inner liners, and a wide range of automotive components such as sealing systems, hoses, and anti-vibration parts.
Semi-Reinforcing / Carcass Grades (500, 600, 700 series):
Ideal for general rubber goods requiring durability, flexibility, and consistent performance.
These grades serve diverse sectors including tyres, mechanical rubber goods, and industrial applications.

As a milestone in our journey toward global leadership, we recently commissioned a state-of-the-art 115,000 TPA backward-integrated Carbon Black plant in Bellary. In the next phase, we plan to expand this capacity to 215,000 TPA, further strengthening our forward integration and market presence.
